FRIDAY, DEC. 13th
10:00 a.m. Historic Ornament Displays begin. Visit 28 Wellsboro locations displaying historic ornaments made at the Corning Glass Factory in Wellsboro beginning during World War II. This year's theme is ornament shapes. Buy a passport at any ornament location. Participants getting passport stamps at 10 display locations or more will be entered into a raffle for one of three gift baskets with gift cards and merchandise worth at least $100.
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Hospital Auxiliary Craft/Vendor Fair at Soldiers & Sailors Hospital, Main Floor
4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. FREE trolley rides by Tony's Trolley stopping at various locations.
4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Photos with Santa at the Deane Center for the Performing Arts lobby.
4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Visit with former Corning Glass employees at Farmer's Daughter.
6:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight Family friendly game night at Pop’s Culture Shoppe -- kids of all ages are welcome to join us to play “Holiday Fluxx” and lots of other card and board games.
SATURDAY, DEC. 14th
Historic Ornament displays continue at 28 Wellsboro locations.
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Hospital Auxiliary Craft/Vendor Fair at Soldiers & Sailors Hospital, Main Floor.
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. At Pop's Culture enjoy refreshments served by Bigs and Littles from Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Northern Tier.
11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. FREE trolley rides by Tony's Trolley stopping at various locations along Main Street, Central Avenue, East Avenue, Route 6, and Charleston Street.
11:00 a.m. “Polar Express” $1 movie admission special showing at the Arcadia Theatre.
11 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Live Nativity at the Deane Center Lawn.
12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Visit Santa's Reindeer between the Methodist Church and Sherwin-Williams on Main Street. Spruce Run Farm Reindeer. Sponsored by Shell.
12:00 p.m. Holiday story time at the Green Free Library featuring "The Bird in Santa's Beard" by Jeffrey Schatzer with kids activities to follow.
2:00 p.m. Holiday story time at the Green Free Library featuring "The Polar Express" by Chris Van Allsburg with kids activities to follow.
7:30 p.m. Jane Bunnett & Maqueque, Deane Center for the Performing Arts Coolidge Theater.
11:00 p.m. Historic ornament display passports must be turned in at one of the display locations by closing time on Saturday. Last drop off is the front desk of the Penn Wells Hotel, or Penn Wells Lodge by 11 p.m.
SUNDAY, DEC. 15th
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Santa Brunch at the Penn Wells Hotel. Reservations recommended. 570-724-2111.
12:30 p.m. Lecture on history of Shiny Brites by Corning librarian.
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Hot chocolate and coffee tasting at Café 1905.
2:30 p.m. Messiah Community Sing presented by Hamilton Gibson and Sponsored by Marsha and Bob Chesko, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Pearl & Charles Sts.
